Abstract:

The vessels' multi-fuel methanol-electric propulsion system is one of its primary features, and A2B-online expects them to achieve emission reductions of up to 95%. Additionally, each of them has a 1.5 MWh battery capacity, which allows them to run emissions-free in inland and harbor waters. BMA Technology has powered A2B-online's endeavor with a full array of electrical solutions. Electric drives, motors, lithium-ion batteries, low voltage switchboards, and alarm monitoring and control systems are among the products it offers. All sorts of vessels can have custom switchboards constructed for them by BMA Technology. AC remedies 690V AC maximum DC solutions 1100V DC and above. A complete electrical system that complies with IEC requirements. Standard ingress protection is IP22, with IP67 certifications also available. The power distribution system on board the vessel is provided by the in-house 3D mechanical design it boards, which are centralized power stations to which all sources are connected. All of the electrical equipment on board must have its power supply managed and observed by them. Additionally, switchboards offer defense against electrical problems such ground faults, short circuits, and overcurrents.
